1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Mira AI in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. Use of the Service

Mira AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Circumvent any access controls or security features
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Plans may be canceled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Digital Product — No Physical Returns

Mira AI is a digital software-as-a-service product. Access is delivered electronically immediately upon purchase. Because no physical goods are shipped, there are no physical returns.

Refund Window

SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC offers a 14-day full refund from the date of the initial charge, provided the software has not been actively used beyond standard evaluation activity (e.g., completing the setup wizard, running a small number of test searches). If your account shows meaningful active use — such as indexing a full production workspace, running bulk searches, or using the service for live business operations — a refund may be prorated or denied at our discretion.

Please include your account email, the date of charge, and a brief description of your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

How to Cancel a Recurring Subscription

You may cancel your Mira AI subscription at any time using either of the following methods:

• From within your account dashboard: navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your access to Mira AI will continue until that date. You will not be charged for the next billing period after cancellation is confirmed.

No Partial-Period Refunds

No partial-period refunds are issued for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle, except where required by applicable law. If you are located in a jurisdiction with mandatory refund or cancellation rights, those statutory rights apply in addition to this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Mira AI — including software, design, and content — belong to SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC or its licensors. Your data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC disclaims all warranties. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid to us during that period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
